so my dad past away about 6 months ago and ever since then I've been listening for the train that goes through my town and when I hear the whistle I take it as a symbolic way to hear his voice in the present (cuz he was a railroad man). So I was just outside and I was hearing the train and I said to myself in my head I said "if thats you dad then pull the whistle two times"
i waited for a second feeling kind of silly and then a whistle gave out. but it was only one but it sounded kinda funny.
i turned around sort of shrugging it off like I knew it wasn't real anyway and then the train gave two very distinct "Toot. Toot."s.
does my heart good to know that there is a spirit world after all.
