I'm much more of a fan of after downing street then I am think progress . mainly because I see David Swanson (founder of democrats.com and afterdowningstreet.org) out there on the streets doing it. Doing what's necessary to humanize the effort to make things better. It takes it out of the entrapment's of idealism and turns concepts into action. Even if only 71 people came. even if it's just one person standing on the street corner. If he knows the Truth and he has something to offer to make our lives better then what's to stop you from gaining from his or her wisdom?
Bill Moyer doesn't really give names but the tone he delivers this address in is refreshing.
