say you're playing monopoly. and the Banker gets to make up the rules (or laws) as he goes along. but you appointed him the banker so that gives him the right to make the rules up as he goes along. Thats how our Constitution is framed.

our government is a constitutional government.

we have elections and then once they're elected they go do whatever the hell they want. thats how the Constitution is written and thats how our government works. then after that its a list of civilian rights. which is what? petition, no state church, guns, protest, right to a jury...

no where in there does it say that we have a right to "force" them to do anything...

but it states very clearly that they have ALL THE POWER to make whatever Laws they see fit. that makes H.R. 1955 constitutional that makes the patriot act constitutional, that makes the iraq war constitutional etc etc.

If thats the government you want then you get what you deserve.
