they spray it at the same time when the suns setting so its hard to film and people wont see cuz people don't look directly into the sun usually. We're allowing all of this to happen. We've signed petitions we've called, emailed. thousands of people but because its a private company doing it they're being allowed to deny giving us any real answers.
